Live Entertainment Featuring: Pat Cowell & The Soul Sensations Join Ascend in supporting the summer pig roast at The Plant Home, presented by Preparedness Experts, LLC. The Community Involovement Committee will be heading up ticket sales efforts for this fun summer event and volunteering on the 12th. Following the launch of Ascend on May 3rd there will be a forum held that is open to everyone interested in learning more about Ascend,getting involved in one of the committees and most importantly, share ideas on how best to grow the organization and move into the future. We will discuss the mission and goals of Ascend and explain the initial structure of the 4 committees: |

We hope you will join us on Saturday, May 3, 2008, from 4-8pm at the Kennebec Tavern in Bath for the launch party of Ascend. There will be appetizers available and a cash bar, live music provided by Ryan Curran, a brief period of remarks and introductions and plenty of opportunity to learn all about Ascend by the members of the Steering Committee. The Kennebec tavern is a family friendly restaurant and fully wheelchair accessible. | |
